s launching a unique product that drastically improves wireless Virtual Rea
lity display performance for high resolution screens. The speed of the Seri
ous Simulations device is such that it takes less than 20 micro-seconds to
deliver the first pixel of the wireless image from the GPU to the screen\,
and actually gains speed during the process. To put the speed concept in la
yman’s terms\, even if video could be delivered as fast as a bolt of lightn
ing\, Serious Simulations images are delivered 486 times faster.\n\nThrough
its patent pending two-step process\, the company manipulates simulation/g
ame video streams in the GPU by conducting pre-wireless transmission image
processing. By industry standard\, the wireless transmissions are sent in l
andscape mode only\, so upon reception by the HMD’s receiver\, the Serious
Simulations specially designed “reformatter” device re-organizes the pixels
on-the-fly for\ndelivery directly to the display screens. The process work

nd stumbled upon something I'd like to share. I call it: "call a function i
n an un-cast actor". Unreal Engine 4 calls this: "Use a blueprint interface
you dummy".\n\nIt's a concept that can be a bit of hurdle for beginners so
after cracking it\, I thought I'd take a shot at showing how to solve the
following conundrum:\n\nYou have a pressure plate for triggering traps. Thi
s pressure plate should be able to trigger ANY trap. Not just one kind. So
either you have to duplicate the blueprint and cast every trap manually or
you'll have to use a blueprint interface. This is also useful for having a
button or lever that can trigger any kind of door and so on.\n\n*I will be
showing My tech demo of a VR trap disarm game. I will show how to make gene
ric actors that can interface with generic traps. I will show game concepts
I'm working on and provide a hassle free atmosphere where you can ask ques
tions about what's actually going on. This is a good introduction to UE4 an
d modular approach. General coding logic is not required\, but advised.\n\n
