Strength Maintenance and Injury Prevention

This class is designed specifically for the unique needs of triathletes, runners, and cyclists. An invaluable off season tool to prevent injury, restore muscle balance, and increase economy. We will spend this session focused on core strength, flexibility, and injury preventative strength training.
