Program Description: This informational program will look at civility in government law.
The format utilizes a talk story session with the panelists, starting off with examples and
overviews of each government lawyer’s case management and styles; and discussion of civility in the practice areas represented. The program will end with GLS and the Honorable Chief Justice Mark E. Recktenwald presenting the 2010 Pro Bono Attorney of the Year Award.

*Rule 22, Rules of the Supreme Court of the State of Hawaii, requires every active
member of the Bar to complete at least 3 credit hours per year of approved MCPE credits;
Rule 22(c) allows you to carry over 3 MCPE credits to the next year.
Lunch will NOT be provided, as no eating or drinking is allowed in the Supreme Court
Courtroom. Attendance will be taken. Program will begin promptly at noon.
